Position Summary

We are seeking a service-oriented and reliable Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support our Customer Experience team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to support customers in a fast-paced, industrial B2B environment. You’ll play a critical part in delivering the high-quality service Grace is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Process purchase orders, order changes, and returns accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate order status, delivery information, and issue resolution to customers
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments including Sales, Logistics, and Operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Document all customer interactions in CRM and order management systems
  • Monitor open orders and proactively resolve delays or issues
  • Support special projects or reporting tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction

Work Schedule

  • 20–25 hours per week
  • Flexible hours during standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
  • Hybrid or remote flexibility depending on location and department needs
