Position Details -

The Custom Orders Specialist is responsible for the accurate processing of made to order jewelry. This includes building sku’s, creating purchase orders, ensuring on time delivery, receiving into ASC. In addition, creating relationships with store teams to provide order support, and create and maintain open communication with vendors.

Salary: $24-$28 per hour DOE

Schedule: On-site M-F from 9:30am – 6:00pm plus some weekend days for inventory and special events

Responsibilities:

Orders

• · Review new orders for accuracy and complete information.
• · Transfer orders to the appropriate station throughout the open order process.
• · Enter purchase orders with specific details and email to the vendors.
• Use B2B when available
• · Ensure purchase order confirmations are received within 48 hours of submitting
• · Maintain ship date to ensure all team members are aware of ETA and changes.
• · Track pending orders to ensure timely delivery

Product

• · Clear understanding of ASC product files and look up.
• · Accurately build new items based on order need.
• · Update buyers when current cost requires a retail change.
• · Effectively use a loop to perform basic QC of metal and setting.
• · Ensure photos are taken for all inbound orders.

Processing

• · Accurately receive items into ASC and balance to the invoice.
• · Log vendor, receipt, and batch number for all invoices and turn into finance each day.
• · Return to vendor items that do not meet Genesis Diamonds quality or match the order.

Duties

• · Shipping and receiving coverage when needed.
• · To be determined as needed for the business.

Requirements

• Must have 1+ years experience with quote requests and purchase order
• Must be highly organized, efficient, detail oriented and motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
