A growing healthcare provider committed to delivering high-quality patient care through innovative services and a collaborative approach is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinic Coordinator to support clinical operations at sites in the Chicagoland area.
Position Summary
The Clinic Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and administrative staff. This role involves a blend of patient-facing responsibilities, provider support, and operational coordination—including oversight of DME products, toxicology screening, and ancillary services. The ideal candidate is highly organized, outgoing, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a consultative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clinic providers, billing, inventory, and external offices
• Provide high-level customer service to patients, clinical teams, and office staff
• Identify and prioritize eligible patients for services using the EMR system
• Educate and guide providers on appropriate tools, therapies, and services
• Dispense products and services as directed by healthcare providers
• Ensure timely completion and submission of all required documentation
• Track and manage clinic inventory and supplies
• Travel locally between clinic locations and assist with device setups as needed
Qualifications
Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• High attention to detail and professionalism
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)
• Previous healthcare or clinical experience
• Medical Assistant (MA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification

Schedule
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may vary slightly based on clinic needs)
Travel Requirements
• Local travel between Oak Brook and clients in the Chicagoland area
