Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Investor Services Analyst to join newly formed Fund Onboarding team. This role will support onboarding processes across all asset classes, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a streamlined, compliant, and high-quality experience for investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and activate fund structures in internal systems (CRM, digital platforms).
  • Coordinate investor access and tracking for the subscription process.
  • Maintain and update centralized onboarding trackers.
  • Manage the end-to-end review process across AML, KYC, tax, and fund counsel.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and consolidated feedback to investors with minimal touchpoints.
  • Capture and digitize subscription data for CRM and final investor registers.
  • Deliver accurate fund register data to administrators within set deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with external vendors and internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Product).
  • Monitor performance, enforce standards, and escalate risks or exceptions as needed.
  • Support the digitization of onboarding processes.
  • Uphold onboarding policies, risk protocols, and exception management procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in fund onboarding, investor services, or financial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of AML/KYC processes, fund subscription workflows, and vendor management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Salesforce and fund accounting systems preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

*** Salary- $70k-$80k base plus bonus
