Job Title: Clerical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Support Specialist with strong data entry skills to join our team on a temporary basis. This role involves administrative support, accurate data entry, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient with office software, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Maintain and update records in Microsoft Office, CRM, or other databases
• Handle confidential information with professionalism

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and speed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Professional communication skills (written & verbal)

Additional Details:

• Temporary position with potential for extension based on performance
• Must be available to start on Monday, February 10th
• Located in Palm Beach Lakes, FL
