Job Summary

The Change Management Analyst is a transactional role supporting the change, communications and training strategy for Field Solutions Technologies. The ideal individual is passionate about helping organizations successfully implement change and can identify long term goals and create the processes needed to achieve them.

 

Job Description

  • Quickly build an understanding of Field Solutions Technologies ambition, and desired outcome(s).
  • Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization and define, design and execute business readiness and change approach based on gap analysis and key findings.
  • Define, design, and execute strategic change management interventions, including the coordination of stakeholder journey mapping sessions and post session follow ups.
  • Develop and execution of a communications plan, including preparation and reviews of tailored communications that ensure employees understand, adopt, and sustain the change.
  • Coordinate content published on Field Solutions Digital Hub, ensures accurate and timely information is published and communicated to appropriate stakeholder groups.
  • Develops the training plan and content required for upskilling the organization.
  • Coordination of User training programs, managing timelines and plans, scheduling events, tracking of completion rates for reporting and post training survey execution and analysis.
  • Define and track key adoption metrics to assess change effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, including stakeholder awareness & adoption surveys & interviews and completes analysis and presentation of results.
  • Coordination of User simulation testing activities, including post session follow ups.
  • Learn the functionality of the in-scope software capabilities across multiple complex projects.
  • Produce written documentation in format that resonates with targeted user base.
  • Record stakeholder engagement and working sessions, as necessary edit videos prior to publishing.
  • Field feedback from stakeholder groups through surveys, 1:1 and group sessions and develop action plans for addressing.
  • Ensures change management deliverables are completed to a high level of quality, on schedule and within budget.
  • Engage in collaborative and constructive dialogue to evaluate progress against program objectives.
  • Maintain effective and trusting working relationships to facilitate program success and expansion.
  • Change models, and frameworks used to successfully design and implement complex change.
  • Design stakeholder engagement materials, including infographics.
  • Create and maintain stakeholder tracking for training and launches.
  • Advocate for the customer and make recommendations to drive continuous improvement across Field Solutions Technologies.

 

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of transformational change management experience; agriculture environment preferred.
  • Change management training in a formal process, organization, or change and learning improvement methodology, such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or ACMP Certified Change Management Professional.
  • Experience and knowledge of how to design and apply change management principles, methodologies, and tools – and know when to not over-engineer in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong ability to influence, engage, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze adoption metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Passion for helping teams navigate change with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to be flexible, demonstrate critical thinking and work effectively in fluid, complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of the change process and how people experience and respond to change differently.
  • A change agent who brings a consulting mindset to everything you do and how to improve the status quo.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills with audiences of all levels with the ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling, and succinct way.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges Experience working in cross-functional and complex teams.
  • Easily adaptable to new environments and embraces ambiguity.
  • Ability to balance multiple time-bound projects while maintaining keen attention to detail.
  • Collaborative working style; team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships – both in-person and remotely.
  • Experience mentoring and/or coaching others to use change, organization, and/or learning methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Miro and other virtual collaboration tools.

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Shift: 07:00 AM

 

Pay Rate/Salary

  • Estimated Salary: $60.00 to $68.00 per hour based on qualifications.
