Job Description

Our client is a lead-generation and intake company supporting the legal industry. They’re looking to hire a Call Center Supervisor based in Phoenix. This is a fun, growing company that has a family/team-centered culture.

Call Center Supervisor (On-site - Phoenix):

  • Must have experience in call center facilities (or similar industry)
  • Must have experience with heavy outbound call traffic
  • Must have experience dealing with customers and trouble-shooting issues
  • Must have experience helping to manage or supervise others in a call center
  • Proficiency with autodial systems such as Five9, or Vici is highly desirable
  • Salary likely between $75-$85k + commissions, benefits, and PTO
