Local law firm looking for an experienced and personable Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, prior bookkeeping experience, and a willingness to work. Duties would include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and reconciling bank account statements, preparing and sending client invoices, tracking payments and accounts receivables, issuing payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining financial records and preparing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconciling bank statements and preparing financial reports for clients.
• Maintaining bookkeeping accounts in QuickBooks.
• Assisting with tax preparation and compliance tasks as needed.
• Data entry for record keeping

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and spreadsheet software.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
