Job Description

Our client is seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator fluent in Spanish and English to support recruiting efforts and provide an exceptional candidate experience. This role plays a key part in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews—especially for Spanish-speaking candidates—while ensuring seamless communication and process flow throughout the hiring cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, with a focus on Spanish-speaking talent
  • Conduct phone screens and initial outreach in both English and Spanish
  • Post and manage job advertisements on various platforms
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage candidate communications
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy
  • Translate job descriptions and candidate materials as needed
  • Represent the company at job fairs and community hiring events
  • Help improve candidate pipelines for high-volume roles
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or coordination role
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools preferred
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices, especially for diverse workforces
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
