What you bring:

 3+ years of full-desk, direct-hire agency recruiting experience (required)

 A proven track record of direct-hire placements, consistent billings, and revenue production

 Strong business development skills and the ability to grow and manage a profitable desk

 Experience managing multiple searches, closing candidates, and advising clients through the

hiring process

 Background in Legal, Finance & Accounting, IT, or another professional services niche

 High energy, self-motivated, competitive, and relationship-driven
