Position Overview

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a client to find an experienced Attorney-Social Security Disability to join their legal team in Florida. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate legal professional to help clients navigate the intricate processes involved in applying for and receiving Social Security Disability benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal representation to clients seeking Social Security Disability benefits.
  • Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gather necessary information for their cases.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including appeals and briefs, with the appropriate agencies.
  • Represent clients at administrative hearings and in court proceedings.
  • Stay current on changes in Social Security Disability law and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Engage in continuous learning to ensure the highest quality of legal service.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida State Bar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, full-time schedule.

Benefits

The role offers competitive compensation with a salary range of $34 - $36 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

This position is located in Florida and is 100% onsite. The successful candidate will be joining a supportive and dynamic legal team committed to client advocacy and justice.
