Job Description

Russell Tobin is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our office in downtown Charleston! A competitive nature, great communication skills, and a desire to make an impact in people's lives are necessary, so if that sounds like you, please apply below.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct thorough sourcing campaigns to identify qualified candidate profiles through Boolean internet strings, various job boards, social media outlets, and active networking within talent communities.
  • Screen incoming resumes and interview potential candidates to review resume in depth and provide guidance around job search and career goals.
  • Format resumes to meet internal brand standards and store all candidate files in Bullhorn applicant tracking system.
  • Input and update candidate profile and contact information in Bullhorn ATS.
  • Format active job descriptions to meet internal brand standards and post to website.
  • Submit candidate resumes and professional bios to Manager/Director for client consideration.
  • Schedule interviews and provide responsive feedback and closure for candidates in process. Effectively manage client onboarding procedures once candidates have been identified for hire.
  • Shadow Manager/Director on client meetings to generate new business and to ensure client contentment.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates not currently on assignment.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 1-2 years of familiarity with Professional/Corporate Recruiting. Experience with Marketing/Creative a plus!
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish personal credibility and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience with Job Diva ATS a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to operate in a deadline driven environment and adapt to changes in procedures, policies and practices.
  • Ability to work well in an open team environment and with local and remote colleagues.
