Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced Assistant Store Manager & Events to lead our Nashville boutique. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales, and ensure an elevated customer experience that reflects the BURDLIFE brand. You will manage staff, uphold store standards, and lead with a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure a smooth, customer-focused environment
• Deliver exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage and develop retail staff, including training, scheduling, and performance feedback
• Drive sales goals and implement strategies to meet revenue targets
• Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising
• Enforce retail loss prevention protocols and ensure store security
• Coordinate with HQ for marketing, product launches, and operational updates
• Ear Piercing, Permanent Jewelry and jewelry sales.
• Piercing apprenticeship program (commitment of 1 year) Advanced to leading piercings in BURDLIFE store.
• Maintain BURDLIFE’s standards of cleanliness, brand identity, and experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience in store management or retail leadership, preferably in fashion or jewelry
• Strong skills in customer service, team leadership, and sales performance
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory systems, and loss prevention strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion, jewelry, and brand storytelling
• Ability to work flexible retail hours (weekends and events as needed)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
