🚀 Now Hiring: Assembly Technician/Assembler

📍Pay rate : 22/Hr on W2

We’re looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to support precision installation of parts and hardware on Wafer Fabrication Equipment (WFE) in a high-tech clean-room environment. If you excel with hand tools, follow detailed work instructions, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting — this role is for you!

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assemble WFE using hand tools, torque wrenches, fixtures, and equipment.
• Follow computer-based work instructions, schematics, and Cell Fusion steps accurately.
• Inspect parts before installation and support audits with checklist verification.
• Maintain workflow, support rework, and document completed tasks.
• Ensure safe work practices including PPE usage, LOTO procedures, ergonomic lifting, and RMBWA inspections.
• Communicate production issues, task updates, and system status clearly across shifts.

⚙ Physical & Technical Requirements

• Ability to work 12+ hour shifts in a fast-paced clean-room environment.
• Lift up to 35 lbs , kneel/crouch/reach regularly, operate ladders and assembly dollies.
• Navigate diagnostic software and identify wire colors accurately.
• Proficient using tools like calipers, circuit testers, torque wrenches, hoists, cutters, etc.
