AI Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Implementation Specialist to lead the development and implementation of an AI-powered sales routing system. This is a greenfield opportunity to build a crucial system from the ground up, directly impacting our sales team's effectiveness and overall revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI principles and practical experience in setting up and deploying AI solutions within a business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an AI-driven sales routing system that optimizes sales representative assignments based on factors such as distance, close rate, lead scoring, and other relevant criteria.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML algorithms and tools for this specific application.
• Develop and maintain the necessary infrastructure and environment for the AI system, including data pipelines, model training, and deployment.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to understand their needs and refine the system's performance.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of the AI routing system.
• Document the AI system architecture, implementation, and maintenance procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Potentially train and mentor other team members on AI-related concepts and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, preferably in a business context.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or other relevant languages.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in sales operations or related fields is a plus.
