Job Summary:
A well-established and highly respected law firm in Annapolis, MD is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support attorneys and office staff in daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Draft, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
Coordinate meetings and prepare materials as needed
Handle confidential information with discretion
Perform data entry and document management tasks with a keen eye for detail
Support client communications in a professional and courteous manner
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of administrative experience (legal or professional services setting preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong work ethic and a professional demeanor
Experience with legal terminology or case management software is a plus
