Job Description

Pride Health is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Minnesota .

This is a contract position with the possibility of an extension position with competitive pay and benefits, and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Minneapolis, MN 55414

Pay Rate- $23/HR. - $26/HR. ON W2

Duration- 3 months+ possible extension

Shift: 8 AM -4:30 PM

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems (electronic and paper).
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
