Job Description

Must Haves:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Plusses:

  • Experience with employment processing or HR-related tasks
  • Familiarity with I-9, WOTC, and Gaming Control Board requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Day to Day: The Administrative Assistant will support the employment processing center by assisting candidates with employment processing via phone and computer, and providing overall administrative support. Responsibilities include scheduling new hire orientations, conducting pre-processing audits, processing new hires and prior employees, and responding to audit requests from Corporate Compliance.
