Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Houston, TX. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including providing administrative support, managing phone etiquette, performing clerical duties, and supporting executive-level activities. This role will also involve operational support, managing agendas, coordinating office management and organization, and helping to ensure the smooth, day-to-day operations of the office. Bilingual is a plus.

  • Clerical Skills and Attention to Detail
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry
  • Operational support, internal management, and organizational skills
