About the Job:
We’re looking for a Property Management Trainer with experience using Yardi and Entrata to help train on-site teams at our multifamily and student housing properties . This role is fully travel-based , meaning you’ll be visiting different properties across the country to train staff, assist with new property transitions, and support day-to-day operations. If you enjoy traveling, working with people, and improving processes, this is the perfect opportunity!
What You’ll Do:
- Train and coach new and existing employees on Yardi, Entrata, and company policies .
- Provide on-site and virtual support to help property teams use software correctly and efficiently.
- Assist with lease audits, property takeovers, and transitioning files during new acquisitions.
- Work with HR and management to ensure employees get the training they need .
- Help develop and update training materials, guides, and policies .
- Support new software rollouts and company policy changes .
- Step in for on-site property management support when needed.
- Travel regularly to different properties across the company’s portfolio.
What You Need:3+ years of experience working with Yardi and Entrata software.Experience in multifamily or student housing property management .
- Basic Excel skills and ability to work with reports.
- Strong communication skills —both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work independently .
- Willingness to travel often and on short notice .
