We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and creative Intermediate WordPress Web Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who has experience working with complex WordPress sites, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and enjoys tackling enterprise-level web projects.

What You’ll Do

• Custom WordPress Web Design – Build visually stunning and conversion-focused WordPress websites using Elementor Pro.
• Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) – Implement dynamic, scalable, and flexible content structures to power complex sites.
• Enterprise-Level Site Management – Work with large-scale WordPress websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Theme & Plugin Customization – Configure, optimize and troubleshoot themes, plugins, and third-party integrations.
• Website Speed & Performance Optimization – Improve site load times, SEO performance, and Core Web Vitals scores.
• Responsive & UX-Focused Design – Ensure all designs are fully mobile-optimized and deliver a seamless user experience.
• Client Communication & Project Management – Present design concepts to clients, gather feedback, and collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and within scope.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 1+ years of experience designing and managing WordPress websites

✔️ Proficiency in Elementor Pro – You know how to customize, optimize, and build pixel-perfect designs using Elementor

✔️ Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) experience – You know how to create dynamic, flexible content structures

✔️ Experience with enterprise-level sites – You’ve worked on large, content-heavy, or high-traffic WordPress sites

✔️ Familiarity with hosting, DNS, and WordPress best practices

✔️ Strong grasp of UX/UI principles – You design with performance and user engagement in mind

✔️ Excellent communication skills – You can present work to clients and collaborate effectively

✔️ Highly organized and deadline-driven – You can manage multiple projects at once

💡 Bonus Skills

🔥 Familiarity with WooCommerce and eCommerce websites

🔥 Experience with API integrations and advanced WordPress customizations

🔥 Knowledge of SEO best practices and technical SEO
