Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Wiring Assembler to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have strong hand-eye coordination, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and experience handling small parts with precision.

Location: Wilton, NH
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret work orders and parts handling instructions
• Follow patterns and directions for wiring assembly
• Use a small epoxy needle and 0.005 gauge wire for intricate wiring
• Handle small parts without direct contact
• Place parts into assigned fixtures using specialized tools
• Ensure parts are correctly positioned for processing
• Maintain clear communication with the team
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines
• Perform basic math calculations for measurements
• Keep the work area clean and organized

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic math skills
  

Desired Skills and Experience
