Web Developer Remote (U.S. Only)
Pay: $45.50 $59.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8hour daily shifts)
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
As a Web Developer at Crystora Dynamics Limited you will:
1. Web Application Development
Design develop and maintain web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks such as HTML CSS JavaScript React or Angular.
Ensure mobilefirst responsive designs that deliver optimal performance across all devices.
Build and maintain backend systems and databases using technologies like Node.js PHP or Python.
2. Collaboration and Communication
Partner with engineers designers and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Actively participate in meetings to gather feedback and provide updates on project progress.
3. User Experience (UX) and Interface Design
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes prototypes and visually appealing interfaces that align with our branding and project goals.
4. Quality Assurance and Testing
Perform rigorous testing including unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and security.
Identify troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain seamless functionality.
5. Maintenance and Optimization
Regularly update web applications with new features security patches and performance improvements.
Monitor and enhance website speed SEO performance and overall efficiency.
6. Documentation and Process Management
Create comprehensive documentation for codebases processes and workflows to ensure smooth onboarding and project continuity.
7. Staying Current
Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in web development.
Participate in training programs workshops or conferences to continually refine your skills.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Web Development** or a related field.
Proven experience as a web developer preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
Expertise in frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and familiarity with backend systems (Node.js Python PHP etc.).
Proficiency in frameworks/libraries like React Angular or Vue.js and CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal.
Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL MongoDB) and API integration.
Experience with version control systems (Git) and project management tools (JIRA Trello).
Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred:
Experience with responsive and mobilefirst design methodologies.
Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG.
Knowledge of engineeringrelated tools (e.g. CAD).
Relevant certifications in web development or related fields.
