Water Treatment Installer

Pay: $30 - $45 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced  Water Treatment Installer to join our team. This position requires expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of well pumps, water filtration systems, and other water treatment solutions. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in various environments, including residential, commercial, and rural settings.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair well pumps, pressure tanks, and water treatment systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot water pressure issues, pump failures, and water quality problems
• Install and maintain water filtration, softening, and purification systems
• Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on water system components
• Assist customers in understanding their water systems and recommend solutions for improvement
• Ensure all work complies with local and state regulations and safety standards
• Work independently or with a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order
• Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and service recommendations

Requirements:

• Experience in well pump installation, water treatment, or a related field
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical components, and water system operations
• Ability to work in confined spaces, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions
• Capable of lifting and carrying heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
