Warehouse Supervisor – Polaris Industries (Direct Hire Opportunity via Doherty)

Location: Fernley, NV | Onsite

Salary: $66,000 – $75,000 + 20% Profit Sharing target

Polaris, in partnership with Doherty, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity at our Fernley, NV Parts, Garments and Accessories (PGA) distribution center. Local candidates only, please.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily warehouse operations to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
• Resolve production issues through cross-functional communication.
• Evaluate and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency.
• Manage labor, packaging, maintenance, and other department costs.
• Supervise and develop a talented team, including onboarding, training, and career development.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Conduct start-of-shift updates, 1:1 meetings, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR and staffing agencies for optimal staffing levels.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in large-scale automated distribution or manufacturing operations.
• Skilled in root cause analysis and driving sustained solutions.
• Strong communicator, able to engage with diverse teams.
• Knowledgeable in OSHA standards and dedicated to maintaining a safe workplace.
• Hands-on leader with proven ability to inspire and coach teams.
• Experience with AS400, RF/barcoding, and automated material handling systems a plus.
