Job Description

Preferred Education:
• Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Art or equivalent experience
Required Experience/Skills/Abilities:
• 2-4 years’ Visual Merchandising
• Experience delivering in fast environment with attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to understand and implement product positioning strategies
• Strong Communication and presentation skills
• Experienced in MAC or Windows operating system, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and experience using IWD merchandising software or equivalent
Role:
The Visual Specialist is responsible for creating and contributing to visual strategies that will evolve the retail experience, support Brand Equity and ensure customer-centric storytelling that translates across our stores. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (i.e. Creative Marketing, Merchants and Visual Communications) to ensure optimal profitability and in-store experience. Responsible for supporting the development and execution of seasonal floorsets and tests from initial concept to in-store delivery.
Responsibilities:
· Supports the visual merchandising team by helping to story tell brand elevating visual merchandising presentations to drive traffic and conversion.
· Executes creative concepts, seasonal floor sets, product launches, tests, and other special projects in IWD Merchandising Software (no prior knowledge of this software is needed)
· Assists and prioritizes multiple projects for the Visual Manager to meet all visual/marketing milestones.
· Delivers consistent innovative and merchandising solutions that improve the in-store experience, drive traffic, and meets Brand objectives.
· Stays current with fashion, beauty, interior, and competitive trends via market patterning in order to create new and innovative thinking.
· Visits stores to understand the customer needs in order to identify go-forward opportunities.
· 90% of job responsibility will require virtual store design programing and developing in-store visual merchandising for select store formats
