Job Description

Job Title: Executive Virtual Assistant (Fully Remote)

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in executive assistance? We are looking for an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team! This is a fully remote, W2 employee position, offering flexible working hours (20-40 hours per week).

As a Virtual Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to support clients across various industries, from administrative and marketing to web design, social media, and content development. Your role will be integral to our clients' success, and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, responsive service to each one.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Support multiple clients (up to 10 at a time) in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, with a focus on managing executive assistant tasks, marketing projects, website updates, social media management, and content creation.

Independent Work: Take ownership of client projects, working independently to complete tasks and achieve project goals while maintaining consistent communication with clients.

Proactive Communication: Reach out to clients proactively to identify additional needs, ensuring a continuous workflow and client satisfaction.

Reporting & Time Tracking: Create and share daily and weekly reports with clients, accurately track time, and provide detailed time accounting for projects.

Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with colleagues to support clients effectively.

Client Support: Conduct video meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback as needed.

Experience with platforms such as Wix, Teamwork, Google Suite, Shopify, WordPress, and CRM tools
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and CRM tools
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive assistance or project management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (overcommunication is key in remote work)
A fully equipped home office with a Mac or PC, high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a designated professional workspace
