Snowball is the strongest YouTube strategy agency on the planet. Our founder, Ryan, has generated over 5 billion views , taken channels from zero to millions of subscribers , and worked with some of the biggest names on YouTube—Jubilee, Netflix, PewDiePie, Graham Stephan, and many more.

Now, we’re flipping the script. Instead of just crushing it for clients, we’re building our own content engine . And we need the best Content Producer to make it happen.

What You’ll Do

As Snowball’s Content Producer, you’ll own the entire lifecycle of our internal content. Your job? Launch, produce, and dominate Snowball’s YouTube presence while also overseeing the production of content across LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram. You’ll work directly with Ryan and our team to create top-tier, scroll-stopping, can't-stop-watching content that paves its own lane.

This role isn’t for everyone. It’s for the rare few who can take a concept and turn it into a masterpiece—overseeing every detail from idea to execution.

Your Day-to-Day:

• YouTube Mastery: Ideate, script, and pre-produce content that is a MUST WATCH.

• Pre-Production Obsessed: Ensure every piece of content is meticulously planned and flawlessly executed.

• Content Overlord: Your primary focus will be producing video content, but you will also be working with others on the team to ensure incredible LinkedIn, Twitter, and Short-Form content is being published regularly.

• Strategic Visionary: Drive Ryan's & Snowball's brand across every platform to achieve our goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• You’re a storyteller at heart.

• You’ve got a portfolio of killer video content you’ve scripted, produced, or overseen.

• You obsess over YouTube, social media trends, and what makes people click “play.”

• You thrive in pre-production and have an eye for detail.

• You’re comfortable juggling big-picture strategy with daily execution.

• You love content in all forms and love to learn & study new platforms.

• Bonus: You’ve helped grow or launch a YouTube channel before.

Ryan Hashemi - founder / CEO. Built the business @ Jubilee Media (14M+ followers, 5B views, $8-figure / yr business). I'm focused on building my largest business yet with this agency.

Max Hertan - partner. Built and sold Megaphone (Australia's fastest growing and most awarded marketing agency). Has since launched multiple fast-growing agencies along with multiple D2C brands doing millions a year in revenue.
