The Mission

Our mission is to become the largest baseball entertainment brand in the world. We aim to entertain baseball fans everywhere through engaging and innovative digital content that brings the game to life.

Objectives

• Average 65+% viewer retention rate for all long-form videos

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Edit videos for the Momentum network of channels.
• Optimize content to maximize views and engagement.
• Produce at least two long-form videos per month.
• Participate in editor meetings to help improve the skills and workflows of the entire team.
• Assist with videography when needed.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Expertise in video editing software (we use Final Cut Pro X).
• Passion for baseball and YouTube.
• A quick and independent learner who can adapt to new challenges.
• Experience editing specifically for YouTube content.
• Strong understanding of story structure and character development.
