Overview:

Duties include expediting requests from guest for valet parking services. Parks and retrieves cars for guests. Requires good driving record/history, valid Indiana driver's license, good communication and guest-services skills, and flexible work schedule. Previous experience a plus!

  • Assist incoming and outgoing guests with luggage, boxes and equipment.
  • Greet guests and help with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Explain the services and facilities of the hotel, hours of operation, location and location of banquet functions. Orient the guest to the guestroom layout, heating and AC controls as well as other relevant amenities.
  • Answer questions about local areas of interest and assist guests with all transportation needs.
  • Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
  • Performs all other duties as deemed necessary by management.

 

Qualifications:
  • Able to carry and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked.
  • Must be legally able to work in the US.

 

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $21.00/Hr. - $21.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
