Compensation Range: $35 - 45 per hour


Our client in the telcommunications space is seeking UX and UI Designers for upcoming roles in the new year with 3-5 years of experience for Mid level roles and 5-7 years of experience for senior level roles to join their dynamic team. This contract role offers the opportunity to shape digital experiences for our suite of assets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, user-centric designs. Responsibilities:

• Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
• Generate multiple credible design solutions based on analysis.
• Exhibit mastery of shared tools and software for design.
• Identify appropriate design problems and opportunities within a brief and recommend solutions.
• Participate in divergent and convergent group work.
• Work independently with some guidance to solve larger, more open-ended problems.
• Explore, refine, and document solutions thoroughly.
• Objectively evaluate and refine concepts based on learnings from prototypes.

Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience in UX and/or UI design.
• Experience with high-fidelity prototyping and user-centric design principles.
• Proficiency with Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Experience designing technical and business web applications.
• Knowledge of Conversational Design for IVR, Chatbot, or similar tools.
• Expertise in conversational channels: Chatbot, IVR, SMS, and assisted support.
• Portfolio showcasing professional work, including enterprise applications and shopping journeys.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Smart Sheets, or Google Suite.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field.
