UX/UI Designer II LATAM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate full-time LATAM-based UX/UI Designer II to join our creative team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the end-to-end design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and user-centered mobile and web interfaces. Your contributions will help shape user experiences that delight and inspire. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle design process, including research, ideation, prototyping, and implementation.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, and stakeholders) to define and implement innovative solutions.
  • Work effectively in an agile environment, contributing to sprints and iterative design processes.
  • Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
  • Think critically, analyze user behavior, and strategize design improvements.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with design principles, layouts, and visual consistency.
  • Work closely with Engineers, Product Owners, Quality Assurance (QA) teams, and Clients to create seamless experiences.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in designing mobile and web interfaces (this requirement is exclusive and mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A strong eye for detail in design principles, layout, alignment, and visualization.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently.
  • Experience collaborating with agile software development teams.
  • Strong verbal and visual presentation skills that get across the process, approach, and impact of your design
  • Must reside in Latin America

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in design workflows.
  • Knowledge of Webflow for web design
  • Skills in video editing and creating marketing collateral.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
