Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing data reports to support business decision-making across various departments. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, create dashboards, and deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
2) Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
3) Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for leadership teams.
4) Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business strategies.
5) Ensure accuracy of data and reporting outputs.
Required Qualifications:
1)Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
2)Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).
3) Experience with Power BI / Tableau or other BI tools.
4)Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
5)Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
