About the Role: We are seeking a talented and versatile UI/UX and Creative Designer to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a creative flair for developing visually compelling content. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical functionality and aesthetic appeal, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience while producing high-quality creative assets that align with our brand identity.
Responsibilities: - Create visually appealing graphic designs for marketing materials, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Design icons, infographics, and other branding assets as needed.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity during implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.
Qualifications: Must-Have: - Proven experience as both a UI/UX Designer and Creative Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both types of work.
- Advance knowledge in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Open and comfortable with a strong feedback and refinement loop.
- Ability to synthesize different feedback and create designs.
- Ability to handle a heavy workload with tight timelines.
- Build out foundational creative assets as we continue to grow brand awareness.
Nice to Have: - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with audio, motion graphics or video editing software
