About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and versatile UI/UX and Creative Designer to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a creative flair for developing visually compelling content. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical functionality and aesthetic appeal, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience while producing high-quality creative assets that align with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing graphic designs for marketing materials, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Design icons, infographics, and other branding assets as needed.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity during implementation.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience as both a UI/UX Designer and Creative Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both types of work.
  • Advance knowledge in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Open and comfortable with a strong feedback and refinement loop.
  • Ability to synthesize different feedback and create designs.
  • Ability to handle a heavy workload with tight timelines.
  • Build out foundational creative assets as we continue to grow brand awareness.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience with audio, motion graphics or video editing software
