Job Description

Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Treasury Management Operations Specialist with a solid understanding of treasury products, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role supports business clients with online banking, ACH, wires, and remote deposit services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., BSA, OFAC, CIP, KYC).
• Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot issues with online banking, Zelle, BillPay, remote deposits, and other services.
• Assist clients with account access issues, transfers, and fraud concerns.
• Set up new treasury management services including online banking, ACH, wires, and positive pay.
• Train business clients on ACH and wire origination, scanner installation, and system use.
• Manage scanner inventory and coordinate shipping.
• Review and process new account documentation.
• Support onboarding and work with compliance for required documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service issues and support daily operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of treasury or banking operations experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve client concerns independently.
• Experience with ACH, wires, and remote deposit capture preferred.
