As a Transportation Coordinator, your key responsibilities include supporting the payment of fuel taxes such as processing fuel and mileage reports. You will also be responsible to file and code fuel and milage receipts and documents, calculate fuel usage, and perform transactional data entry into systems. Critical for success is strong attention to detail.

What it takes:

  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field, 1+ year of relevant office experience, or an equivalent combination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Perform transactional data entry into systems with a high degree of accuracy. Scan, organize, and file documentation
