JOB DESCRIPTION
The role involves direct supervision of project workflows, ensuring quality control, meeting schedules, and optimizing resource use. Responsibilities include communicating project status to management and clients, developing specifications, and implementing practices to meet objectives. The candidate must understand utility company policies, line construction principles, and the National Electric Safety Code. They will manage operational KPIs, contribute to monthly performance reports, and support financial and operational analysis. Additional duties include assisting with estimates based on historical project data and participating in construction meetings to gather necessary inputs.
