Job Description

Green Key Resources is hiring for an experienced Communications & Training Manager to lead technology-related communication initiatives and drive employee training programs. This role plays a key part in promoting clear, consistent messaging and advancing organizational learning and effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to support strategic goals and address communication and training needs.
  • Develop and execute integrated communication and training strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Create and distribute engaging content such as newsletters, announcements, and presentations across various channels.
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement at all levels.
  • Maintain up-to-date and effective training materials, incorporating modern learning techniques and technologies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of communication and training initiatives, using feedback and metrics to make continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications and department leaders to ensure consistent messaging and training alignment across the organization.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to offer external training opportunities when needed.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing impactful communication and training programs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of training processes, including design, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams and guiding cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant communication and training tools/software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in internal communications, training, or similar role.

Base Salary Range: $150,000–$175,000 annually
