Job Description

Position Overview:
As a dedicated clinician, you will be responsible for conducting IM+CANS assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic services for adults, children, and families. You will also provide case management, assist in program policy changes, supervise practicum students, and support staff development. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality mental health services while collaborating with a supportive team to ensure effective treatment and client care.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborative Meetings & Support

Meet with the Clinical Supervisor and other program staff for monthly administrative and program planning meetings.
Actively participate in staff meetings, medical staffings, clinical staffings, and annual evaluations.
Clinical Service Delivery

Provide clinical services to individuals and families, including assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and case management.
Offer therapeutic services to both adults and children, tailoring approaches to each client's unique needs.
Clinical Documentation & Compliance

Complete all clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in a timely and thorough manner.
Ensure all documentation meets agency standards regarding content and format.
Service Delivery & Billing

Meet agency standards for billable services.
Participate in peer reviews and program evaluations to ensure service quality.
Continuous Professional Development

Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and improve treatment outcomes.
Attend trainings and workshops to stay current with best practices in the field.
Additional Duties as Assigned

Assist with other duties related to the successful completion of your responsibilities and as mutually agreed upon with your supervisor.

Maintain licensure requirements and ensure all professional standards are met.

Compensation & Perks:
We offer a competitive starting wage between $22.23 - $28.44 per hour, based on experience, along with a sign-on bonus of $1,000. The bonus is broken down into:

$500 after 30 days of employment
$500 after 6 months of employment

Qualifications:
Education: Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Behavioral Science field.
Licensure: Hold a valid state license in Professional Counseling or Social Work.
Experience:
Experience counseling both adults and children, with a focus on case management.
Familiarity with working in a community mental health setting is a plus.
Experience providing telehealth therapy is preferred (with the ability to serve both adults and children).
Availability: Must be reachable during business hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST).
Work Setup: Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and maintain privacy for patient confidentiality.
Technical Competency: Comfort troubleshooting basic technical issues or seeking IT assistance when necessary.
Clear Communication: Must be able to communicate clearly to clients and staff members.
