Urgent Opportunity: The Highly Skilled Syndicate Barback

As part of our vibrant team in Downtown Bellefontaine, Ohio, you will be immersed in an exciting role that combines crafting beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Main Responsibilities:

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and garnishes during and between shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping surfaces, emptying trash, and cleaning spills
• Refill ice bins, prepare garnishes, and assist with bar setup/breakdown
• Support bartenders by retrieving supplies and managing inventory throughout service
• Change kegs and maintain draft system functionality
• Collect and clean used glassware and bar tools
• Assist with deliveries and proper stock storage
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by the bar team or management

Qualifications:

• Experience as a bartender preferred
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixing
• Bartending certificate is a plus
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Professional and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
