Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will support AMD Global Telemedicine's sales efforts by engaging with potential clients, nurturing leads, and assisting in closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for advancing healthcare through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, outreach, and inbound inquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate telemedicine solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, or presentations under the guidance of senior sales staff.
  • Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop proposals and sales materials tailored to client needs.
  • Assist in preparing and following up on quotes, contracts, and agreements.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about telemedicine industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Support sales team members in tracking sales metrics and performance goals.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, healthcare technology, or a related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with telemedicine, healthcare technology, or medical devices.
  • Experience in B2B sales or client relationship management.
