Position Summary

Wind River Environmental, services and repairs municipal, commercial, and residential wastewater systems. We are currently hiring for the CCTV hydro-jetting crew in Orlando, FL. This position is primarily responsible for operating hydro-jetting and CCTV video inspection equipment for municipal and commercial customers. Must have a CDL, experience with CCTV work, and be able to effectively and efficiently communicate with management, crew members, and customers.

Requirements

· Must have a CDL

· Experience with POSM CCTV and hydro-jetting

· Wastewater/plumbing/pipe diagnostic and repairs experience

· Valid CDL and the ability to comply with DOT regulations

· Ability to successfully pass DOT drug screen and background check

· Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace

· Must be able to meet physical demands evaluation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Supervise and direct the crew as needed

· Follow safety rules and exercise safe work practices in accordance with WRE and DOT requirements

· Drive a company vehicle to or between customer sites to perform job responsibilities.

· Operate hydro-jetting and CCTV video equipment and resolve issues

· Inspects hydro-jetting and CCTV video equipment to ensure that it is working properly

· Perform customer service interaction when on work site to ensure customer satisfaction

· Respond to trouble/emergency calls in a timely manner

· Other duties as assigned by management

Work Environment

· You are regularly exposed outside weather conditions and non-hazardous fumes

· Must be comfortable working independently and interacting with customers

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· A background in Sewer Line inspection and repair

· Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience

· Ability to read and interpret documents including Company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps and road signs.

· Ability to speak, cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management.

· Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.

· Basic computer literacy including email and internet skills.

· Ability to perform basic math functions.
