Job Description

New Hire Transition Bonus: $500- paid in full on second paycheck
Team drivers are home weekly (drivers rarely have to team but it will be required when needed).

Solo drivers are home daily

Touch freight: Automotive Part (cages, totes, loose pieces
Drivers must be willing to run both solo and team routes.
Running lanes : IA, IL, IN, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD, NE, WI (could cover any of the domiciles as needed. We would put them up in a hotel if needed. - A lot of Chicago driving
Averaging 50-mile radius of Davenport, IA
1500 Solo / 3000 Team Miles - Averages 8 stops

● 12 months recent tractor-trailer experience
● Double preferred but not required on this specific account

● Drivers must be comfortable with maneuvering in downtown Chicago

The physical requirement is handling, positioning and securing delivery roller cages and lifting loose boxed parts on the floor and overhead in trailer attic on/off trailer in/out of dealership. Weight lift/handling range 40 -75 lbs.
