About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, creator-first agency and play a key role in shaping how our talent is presented to the world. As our Talent Operations Assistant , you’ll support our Talent Brand Manager in bringing creator stories, partnerships, and campaigns to life across social channels and digital platforms.

You’ll be part assistant, part content coordinator, and part brand builder—working behind the scenes to keep our systems flowing and our creators shining.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative and campaign support to the Talent Brand Manager
  • Help plan, schedule, and manage content calendars for creator accounts
  • Assist in coordinating brand deals, outreach, and contract tracking
  • Organize digital assets, campaign performance files, and communications
  • Coordinate social media campaign logistics and scheduling
  • Help maintain internal systems (Notion, Slack, Drive) to ensure operational clarity
  • Be a trusted right-hand, jumping in wherever needed to support our talent and team

What We’re Looking For

  • A highly organized, proactive problem-solver
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in content creation, campaign coordination, or social media is a bonus
  • Confidence with basic tools like Google Drive, Canva, Slack, and Notion
  • Interest in the creator economy and talent management
  • A passion for elevating stories, supporting visionaries, and executing with precision
  • A positive, “no task too small” attitude

Requirements

  • Based in Milwaukee
  • Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be comfortable working in both household and professional environments
  • Available Monday–Friday, working in-office 2 days a week to start.
