Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent across various departments.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional talent.
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on tenure and demonstrated success.
• Exceptional sourcing skills, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and improve processes.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance related to recruitment and hiring practices.
