Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management, giving the intern an opportunity to support the full hiring process. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about HR and have strong communication skills, with an interest in learning about recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and employer branding.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Help maintain and update applicant tracking systems.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Support the maintenance of Tracking sheets/ HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events as needed.
  • Support the onboarding process as needed.
  • Attend team meetings and provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

This position is located in our office in Atlanta, GA near Atlantic Station. We work in a hybrid office environment, and this role requires reporting onsite to our office 2-3 days a week.

Education:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Percentage of required travel: up to 10%

Physical requirements:

  • This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
