An employer in the Cincinnati area is seeking a Video Operator to manage the retention and organization of video surveillance footage for customer and associate incidents in a major grocery retail environment. This role serves as the primary contact for video evidence needs, supporting liability claims, legal proceedings, and safety initiatives, while collaborating with store teams, safety associates, and law enforcement to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of integrity. Responsibilities:
• Capture, organize, and retain video footage for general liability claims, workers’ compensation, law enforcement requests, and Organized Retail Crime investigations
• Monitor sweep program compliance and review logs/video to verify sweeps before incidents
• Report safety concerns and potential fraud to the Safety Department and Senior Video Operator
• Monitor and troubleshoot store camera systems; coordinate repairs and technical support as needed
• Prepare and submit tracking spreadsheets; maintain organized logs of all video claims
