Job Description: Surgical Technologist
The Staff Pad has partnered with a client in Montana who has a vision to be the gold standard for Healthcare. We are searching for a Surgical Technologist to support the organizations mission. The Surgical Technologist will assist surgeons during operative and invasive procedures, ensuring that the operating suite is properly prepared, and that surgical instruments and supplies are maintained at optimal levels. This role also includes the responsibility of cleaning and sterilizing instruments, handling medications under supervision, and contributing to departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
