About The Role:

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to oversee our end-to-end operations, ensuring that our functional coffee and supporting products get to our customers seamlessly. You will manage supplier relationships, optimize inventory, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiencies while maintaining our high product standards.

As a fast-scaling brand, Everyday Dose needs a strategic and hands-on operator who can build and refine our supply chain processes to support growth, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to optimize our global supply chain, balancing cost, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Maintain and negotiate strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, co-packers, and logistics providers.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels across fulfillment centers and warehouses, ensuring optimal inventory to meet demand while minimizing waste.
  • Logistics & Fulfillment: Oversee shipping, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to ensure timely and cost-efficient order fulfillment.
  • Cost & Efficiency Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve margins while maintaining product quality.
  • Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all supply chain operations meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Forecasting & Data Analytics: Collaborate with finance and sales teams to analyze demand, forecast inventory needs, and drive data-backed decision-making.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks related to supply disruptions, cost fluctuations, and logistics challenges.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably in CPG, food & beverage, or e-commerce .
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers, 3PLs, and global suppliers .
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning .
  • Ability to optimize logistics and fulfillment processes for both DTC and retail distribution .
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain software, and analytics tools .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
