Position: Superintendent (x2) – Commercial Construction

Location: Miami, FL

Compensation: $120,000–$160,000 + Full Benefits (Based on Experience)

One of South Florida’s fastest-growing General Contractors is urgently hiring two experienced Superintendents for upcoming commercial projects in Downtown Miami and The Roads area. These are exciting, high-impact roles for leaders who take pride in delivering top-tier work on complex commercial builds.

Specializing in large-scale healthcare, industrial, and commercial construction, this GC is known for quality, safety, and performance across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site operations for ground-up commercial projects ($20M–$40M+)
• Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality goals
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards and local building codes
• Provide ongoing site reports and updates to project leadership

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven history of managing large projects from start to finish
• Background in healthcare or industrial construction is a major advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of local regulations and safety practices
